To My Sweethearts, Princesses, and Young Ladies Who Want to Be Free

As an educator who has worked with thousands of young people, I often think about the kind of world young women deserve to move through safely and freely.

👑 To My Sweethearts, Princesses, and Young Ladies Who Want to Be Free

You deserve to go out, to shine, to live fully, and to feel safe while doing it. Liberation doesn’t mean ignoring danger — it means knowing your worth so deeply that you protect it without hesitation.

Here’s the philosophy I want you to carry:

✨ One time — if someone touches you, pressures you, or crosses your line, you check them. A polite but firm, “Hey, that’s not okay.”

✨ The second time — that’s no longer an accident, that’s a choice. 🚩 And when someone chooses not to respect you, you choose yourself.

✨ From that moment:

Sound the alarm — trust your gut, it’s speaking for a reason.

Circle the wagons — step back, find your safe space, lean on your sisters or your circle.

Call for backup — whether that’s family, friends, or me. You are not alone.

Remember: your body, your boundaries, your rules. If someone needs more than one reminder, they don’t deserve your presence.

That is what freedom looks like: not waiting for permission, not tolerating disrespect, but protecting yourself like the royalty you are.

And just as important, these are the standards I teach young men about how a woman must be treated.
