🔥 Kindling — Chapter 12: Powers, Principalities, and the Battles We Didn’t See Coming
If you’re thinking the real battles are obvious, pause.
This is about what moves without being seen.
Start with the first question:
Which “subtle enemy” is most likely to creep into your life unnoticed — distraction, comfort, cultural drift, or self-rule?
Look at each one.
Distraction.
Comfort.
Cultural drift.
Self-rule.
Which one shows up most easily?
Where do you see it?
Move to the next question:
How do you distinguish between a human opponent and a deeper principality at work?
Think of a recent conflict.
A person.
A moment.
A situation that stayed with you.
What was visible?
What may have been beneath it?
Now consider:
What part of the Divine armor (truth, righteousness, faith, word, prayer) do you most need to strengthen right now?
Take your time.
Truth.
Righteousness.
Faith.
The Word.
Prayer.
Which one feels most needed?
Take a moment.
Name the subtle enemy you see.
Name the armor you need.
Not every battle is visible.
